Arrival Information:
On the day of your reservation, please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before your first scheduled tour. For example, if your first tour is set to depart at 10:20 AM, please arrive no later than 9:50 AM. If your group is delayed, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, as a popular public attraction, we must also consider our walk-in guests. If you are running late, please call us as soon as possible so we can adjust accordingly. Keep in mind that cell phone service can be limited in the surrounding areas.
